Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actor and musician. The most famous of her roles is her performances in theatre, as well as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. She has also acted in the 2010 vampire spoof film Vampires Suck directed by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer. van der Pol landed a performance as ditzy Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven in 2003. She was a co-star as Raven-Symone, Orange Brown in the role of Kyle Massey. Chelsea Daniels has remained one Van der Pol's most well-known and popular roles, both among teenagers as well as adult viewers. Her critics were awed by her portraying an exuberant, humorous character that many initially thought impossible due to her previous roles in serious films. She had a guest role in Kim Possible as Heather. This was one of the actress' first role as a voice actor. Van der Pol appeared as Ronnie in The Disney Channel Original Series Shake It Up in 2011. In terms of music, van der Pol worked in collaboration with Raven Symone and Orlando Brown to record the That's So Raven theme for the soundtrack of the original series on Disney Channel. She has also recorded Over It for the soundtrack of the Disney Channel Original Movie Stuck in the Suburbs. Van der Pol recorded R&B/pop versions of The Lion King Circle of Life and Cinderella A Dream Is a Wish You make for the special edition release of these films with The Disney Channel Circle of Stars. She sang the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) for the Disneymania release in 2006. She recorded a variety of songs from the Broadway production which included A Change in Me.
